Rose Arbor Cottage stands behind every product it sells and guarantees your satisfaction. If you or your gift recipient are not satisfied, you may return the item up to 30 days from the order date, for a full refund or replacement.

The Cottage Business Hours for Customer Service are Monday-Friday 9AM to 5PM, Pacific time.  Of course, you may order on the web page any time, day or night.


We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express for payment of orders through an easy to use, secure online ordering system. You may also call us with the order at 503-634-2812 and pay by credit card over the phone. Or, if you prefer, you may send a check with an order by mail. Note that Rose Arbor Cottage does not produce a printed catalog at this time.  Gift wrap is available at no additional charge.

Rose Arbor Cottage ships anywhere in the US or Canada and offers you choices in shipping cost and timeliness.  Most orders will ship within 2 business days (unless otherwise stated in the item description).  We make every effort to remove items from the web page if they are not immediately available. 

Return Procedure

If you need to return an item, it must be returned within 30 days of the order date. It must be in the same condition as you received it and for clothing, must not have been worn. You are responsible for shipping to return the item. We will credit your credit card or provide you with an alternate item of your choice.
